After being disappointed with other dealers poor service its refreshing to meet a genuine car salesman who was honest to his word and did not disappoint when handing over my new vehicle, going the extra mile to come in on his day off to do the handover.

I was looking for a new vehicle for my sister on Motability, we needed more space for a wheelchair and the higher seating positions to get her in and out easier. Graeme Macdonald was so very helpful with finding us the right vehicle and explained everything with great detail. When we went to collect the Outlander, Graeme spent as much time as we needed going over the controls etc. The whole experience was very positive and the dealership will have our business for years to come. Didn't see my car in the flesh, but was exactly how it was described. Got the best price for my trade in only from Richard Lawson. And Dean was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. My car was the cheapest I could find in the market for its age, even after a month.

Relied on detailed video footage and with guidance from Dean made the purchase. We were extremely pleased with the quick efficent service and good communication, which made the process so easy and stress free. When we saw car we were not disappointed. Great valet service and extra body work done ( patching sensor holes) that we did not expect. Would recommend company.

Without reservation the best car buying experience I have had. Adrian and the team were very helpful; the car was prepped and ready for a test drive on arrival and ready for collection within 2 days. The car was advertised at some '£500 below average price' (Car Gurus Website search), had a full years MOT, a full service with some other minor works completed and a 3 month national warranty included in the sale price without need for negotiation. The car was spotless on collection. I will definitely consider buying here again and would highly recommend Autoecosse to friends and family. Genuinely excellent service without the 'hard sale' attitude prevalent elsewhere - rare and refreshing in the second hand market.

Dean was great throughout, he answered every little question I had about the car. Car came to me in perfect condition, clean MOT and a valet!! I am over the moon and would definitely use autoecosse again!

From start to finish Dean was excellent. Great communication, all the information I needed was provided quickly and without fuss. He was even kind enough to pick me up from the train station as I travelled through to Dundee to pick up the car. Really went above and beyond, can't recommend them enough

Found a car for my mum as she was after an automatic to help her hip. The car needed some work but Dean didn't hesitate to get it done for us. The car is perfect for her and she's dead chuffed!

Graeme was excellent with me through out the whole process. Really enjoyed his customer service and he has made me feel safe and happy! Faultless from start to finish,buying experience was relaxed and kept up to date when the car would be available.
Developed a small fault that I wasn't comfortable driving to the garage to drop it off .
Not a problem, guy turns up with a transporter and takes the car away ,kept up to date with the repair and the car was delivered back the next day,if you can do better than that then fair play,great guys to deal with…

I got sales man Dean who was very easy to deal with very informative very respectful then he went on his holidays and ended up with Adrian he was on the ball with everything you felt like you mattered and that you weren't a number had a small issue but Adrian had it dealt with A.S.A.P a man of his word I will be going back there when the time comes to change my car definitely 100% recommend this Garage and Adrian and Dean
