Q- I am a Key Worker but my car needs a service/repair. What can I do?
A- Our Dundee Service Department is still open to provide essential servicing and repair work for Key Workers vehicles. This service is provided to customers from both our Burrelton and Dundee branches.

Q- My MOT is due but I don't want to leave my house. What should I do?
A- The Department for Transport has announced that vehicle owners will be granted a 6-month exemption from MOT testing, enabling them to continue to travel to work, for Key Workers, or shop for necessities.
All cars which would usually require an MOT test will be exempted from testing from 30 March 2020. Vehicles must be kept in a roadworthy condition.

Q- I don't want to leave my house as I am self isolating but my car needs a service. What should I do?
A- We understand the importance of social distancing and staying at home during these uncertain times and we support all of our customers who are consciously staying at home. Due to this, we are now providing a Mobile Technician Service.
This service can be used by any of our customers, if their vehicle is in need of servicing, repairs or diagnostics work. Our mobile technician will come out to our home or work place and complete the work on your doorstep, meaning you don't have to leave your house.
